汗かき

今日も暑い一日になりそうです。。。

体温が上がりすぎるのを防ぐため、人の体は汗をかいて熱を逃がします。

大切な機能なのですが、夏場の汗はジットリ・ベタベタで、ちょっと困りもの。。。

そこで、保冷材や冷やしたタオルを使って簡単に汗を抑えましょう!

ポイントは冷やす場所です。

わきの下、首筋、足の付け根には太い血管があるので、そこを冷やすと効果的。

これは熱中症対策にもなるのでお勧めです。
